You should visit Tony Paco’s! I went there with my Grandparents when I was little and visiting them in the summers. My Gram (this site is dedicated to her) loved to cook, she used to make this for us and was thrilled to have the recipe!

Our family has been making this recipe for forty years. My mom got the above recipe from the Toledo Blade. Most recipes are missing the sour cream sauce, which really makes the dish. This is a New Year’s Day staple for our family ever since! Sure wish I had some Packo’s pickles to go with it!
